I enlisted Sherry to sell a condo on the beach owned by a trust set up by my late mother. The condo, while in a nice building, was dated. Sherry took it upon herself to not just stage it, but to essentially redecorate it - advising as to paint colors, light fixtures, etc. Her keen eye and good taste created a much more appealing space.
