Sherry was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. She was prompt on returning my calls and straight forward with her assessment of my property. Perhaps she could have emailed some of the more complex information rather than text. I would have had something more substantial to refer to later. Her support team and stager were excellent and I was pleased overall with the outcome.

She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, was very responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of the process (explaining differences between NY procedures and other states we had been, helping facilitate quality staging, keeping us apprised of showing/open house traffic and responses, and our hiring of an excellent real estate attorney). She was also a pleasure to work with, is calm and objective in the face of negotiation stressors, and strives to achieve what we the client wants. She made recommendations, but was not pushy and wanted us to be comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommended!
