I really can't speak highly enough of Sherry - I did rely on Zillow reviews to select her, and folks here are certainly onto something. She had no qualms about earning my business (I did mini-interviews with 3 Realtors before picking her) and she proved to be definitely the right choice for me. Not only did she set up 6 or 7 showings on our first trip out to see properties (I can't remember exactly how many we saw), she helped me put a contract together and make an offer within 2 days of that visit on one of the properties! I was on a time crunch to move (and a first time homebuyer), and she recommended a lender that helped me close in 33 days (no easy feat in today's regulatory world).
