My search took longer then excepted but Sherry was very involved the whole time. Any time I needed a break she understood and continued to send me the online listings. Throughout the year we worked through COVID and other issues to continue seeing houses. She was always available to answer question, set up appointments, etc... I had a great time working with Sherry, who help me throughout the process and even talked about what was going on in the world. We have stayed in touch since my purchase and become friends.

Sherry saved me thousands of dollars by dealing with the sellers agent and making them pay for needed repairs. We were in a position that we needed to close and didn't have much leverage on the repairs. I would have conceded those costs just to make sure we could close on time. But she was strong and adamant that the seller pay these costs and eventually they did. If we are ever in a position to sell or buy another house in the area, we will definitely choose Sherry as our agent.

What? Well Sherry is the best realtor in (South) Florida. And experience tells. She closed our 4th home, this time in Hollywood. It was a very difficult one with the realtor of the seller and the seller being totally none cooperative. But Sherry doesn’t give up. She Real’s and deals to help you to achieve your goals. I don’t know when she sleeps but she’s there for you from viewing till closing. She cares about you and in spite of the idiotic circumstances, we lost faith, she didn’t. Sherry has see it all and her judgement is usually spot on. Take this together with an excellent legal support team and you know you are in good hands. The day after the sale, the realtor selling the home put up a sign that “he did it again”. No my friend you did not. You blew it, it was Sherry that saved you @ss. Thank you Sherry, great job!!
