She suggested to us on what to do to help us sell the house quickly but let us decide what to do and what we thought she would list it for. For the way she listened and advised us when it came time to sell our mother's house she was the realtor we wanted to sell her home. She advised my brother, sister and myself what she thought, we discussed it , made a few minor changes and Sherry listed it a very short time later and we sold it for more money than we expected to sell it for.
