Sherry far exceeded my expectations in the process of purchasing a new permanent home. She had the patience and understanding to deal with a very nervous buyer. When I got to Florida she already had a list of viewings set up based on previous conversations. Three days and 14 viewings later I got the home I was looking for at an exceptional price. But is was the intangibles that made me extremely happy that Sherry was on my side. Before I even left my previous home she suggested a toll road payment service to work with and I just breezed thru toll booths. She knows neighborhoods, shopping venues, good and bad roads for commuting, on and on and on...she even jumped into her car and tracked down a 9 volt battery to stop the smoke alarm chirping and ensure I had a properly functioning system. She responded to texts, phone calls and emails in an extremely very timely manner. She had other clients to take care of but I never felt rushed to make decisions.
