Sherry Hancock has assisted me more than once in real estate transactions, and again this time, things went smoothly, professionally and everything turned out very satisfactorily in my opinion. Buying a condo in Evansville from several states away gave me pause, but Sherry walked me thru all the hurdles encountered along the way. As always, Sherry went further than what was just necessary, helping with dealing with repairs on the property, arranging a cleaner and painter, suggesting decorating touches and giving other friendly assistance that was greatly appreciated.
