Sherry was the agent that helped us find the house we just sold. She was wonderful to work with the first time (and honestly the only reason we went through with the purchase after dealing with a nightmare of a lender) So naturally we went with her when it came to selling the house. She made the process of selling almost too easy. House went under contract and closed with no issues at all. If we ever find ourselves back in the RVA area we will always use Sherry.

Sherry was extremely knowledgeable and keep me and my sisters updated on the sale of the property and what the next steps would be . Early on in the sale of the family property there seemed to be an issue with someone trying to obtain possession of a portion of my grandfathers property. Sherry found out early enough and referred us to someone who could help with the situation. We ended up handling the situation on our own but Sherry alerted us what this person was attempting to do early enough in the process. Sherry is a very honest person and wonderful to work with.
