Sherry is a hard working professional that gives her clients accurate advice
Needless to say the Tampa market is crazy now. Having Sherry as our realtor made all the difference in us actually being able to get our contract accepted without overpaying. Besides being professional, she had a good "street sense" for knowing our contracts strength and sensing what the sellers were looking for in the contract they accepted. She was fast to examine properties and video them for us (out of state buyer) and followed up with quickly prepared accurate contract offers. She's the best! Florida here we come!
