“We recently sold our house in Frisco through realtor Sherry Cabrera. Over a lifetime we have purchased and sold 7 homes in a variety of cities, but Sherry was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Our situation was unique and difficult. My husband was very ill in Ohio and no longer travels. When Covid restrictions hit, I too could not get to Frisco to prepare the house, including moving out all furniture for showing. Everything had to be done remotely by phone and if Sherry Cabrera had not been on the Frisco end, it never would have happened. Sherry is very much a go-getter, knows the business inside and out, had wonderful but low cost suggestions for updating and contacts with many good workman. Most appreciated was her dependability since most of the time she was the one to meet service providers, ensure they were doing what was asked and lock up when finished. She was just always there for us. We had offers on our house within hours of listing and sold it above asking price! We highly recommend Sherry to people who are buying or selling in the Dallas area because she will definitely get the job done.
