I've used Sherrill for 3 houses!

I have used Sherrill to buy and sell my last three homes. I even used her to purchase a small tract of recreational land. She is always very patient and understands what I'm looking for even when I'm picky. She is more than comfortable going to the buyer or seller with any requests I have no matter how crazy my request is. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the market and what comps look like. My house has always sold very quickly and she has always priced them right!
