Sherrie Dawson

My wife and I had the pleasure working with Sherrie on the sale of our house after being vacated by tenants. Sherrie was extremely helpful and patiently guided us on our first time through the home sale process. We experienced frustration and uncertainty, however Sherrie reassured us and, again, patiently, explained anything we didn't understand in a way that was very educational for us, and never condescending. Sherrie was very diligent with all of the documentation and contract updates and other paperwork.
