I have worked with several other realtors in the past and believe me when I say that Sherrie is a unicorn. We have both purchased and sold a home using her as our realtor. She has set the bar so high that I am certain I will be disappointed with any future encounters that do not involve her as our realtor! She is thorough, extremely responsive, very well versed regarding the local market with well-researched pricing and negotiation skills. She is remarkably helpful with staging tips and other recommended steps needed to make improvements in order to move a house. She went the extra mile in so many ways in order to make our home sell. I cannot stress her work ethic enough. In addition to all of her expertise in the field, she is a joy to know and work with. Sherrie is one of the most ethical, genuine, giving people I have ever met and a true joy to be around. I have no doubt she is one of the best realtors in Decatur/Atlanta!
