Sherri did an amazing job for us! First of all, she spent the time to really listen and hear what we wanted to do, then she examined our house and gave us excellent suggestions on what we needed to do to sell it for top dollar. She gave us such great advice that we are able to sell our home for 20% over the initial valuation and well above the listing price. We had over 10 offers in the first few days of listing. Not only that, but Sherri helped us find our dream home and she negotiated a rent back period for us so that we could stay in the home we sold while our new one was being built. To me, there is very little that is pleasant about selling a home and moving, particularly after living there for almost 20 years and loving the place.
