Sherri went above and beyond whatever I could have ever expected she would have to deal with in the sale of my property. My property was very unique in many ways yet she nailed the asking price and the property appraised at her valuation. The ad she wrote along with room dimensions was very enticing to perspective buyers. Sherri knows this business and the right people whether it be contractors, engineers, funding agents or township officials to get things accomplished when others have given up. I was having a conversation with my friend regarding giving up on my dream to move closer to family, when someone interrupted us and said "sorry but I couldn't help overhearing your conversation and I want to give you the name of my realtor. She is the best and you will not regret signing on with her. She has sold homes for me and helped me buy homes as well, I promise you will not be disappointed" Now I know why she so highly recommended Sherri, because this woman was another happy client!! Sherri is calm yet assertive, professional yet personable, and extremely knowledgeable yet modest with a mindset and mission of "let's get this done". She went to bat for me and took on what I was unable to deal with, which was truly a Godsend for me. You'll never have to worry about reaching out and getting a reply from her when you have questions or concerns. Unless she is on a job or in a meeting, she actually answers her phone and always returns calls if she is unavailable at that moment in a very timely fashion Due to her perseverance, work ethics, and fortitude my closing was as smooth as anyone could ever ask for. Sherri ultimately created a chance for me to move closer to my family move on with my life.
