Would we recommend and use Sherri again? Absolutely! We were casually looking in Nov 2020 in the Boulder area and wanted to be closed by the end of May. During the high demand time (as in 19 offers for multiple houses) it was very challenging to find a place given demand and Sherri kept us motivated and informed of different strategies to get and edge over the competition. Sherri was well experienced and had a story and example for every situation we encountered and gave us confidence in her advice. She didn’t hesitate to talk us out of places that didn’t meet our needs as we started to lower expectations given the high demand. Thanks Sherri!
