I initially met Sherri while looking at investment properties with a business partner. She was knowledgeable about the market and able to get us rental information quickly so that we could accurately assess our options. While it ended up not being the right time for us to purchase, I kept Sherri in mind for the next round. As it turned out, I found myself looking for a personal home in September 2020. Although it had been a few month's since we last spoke, Sherri immediately responded to my inquiries and was able to get me in to see homes quickly and keep me informed about the areas where I was looking. When "the house" popped up on Zillow one day she was able to schedule a last minute, next-day showing even though it had only been on the market for a few hours. Because of her, I found and felt comfortable making an offer on my dream home. Sherri walked me through the process step by step and day by day. Between counter offers, paperwork, and inspections I would have been absolutely overwhelmed without her. I felt like I could ask her questions at any hour of the day and she even showed up to inspections with me to make sure I got the information I needed. My first home purchase could not have gone smoother and I am so glad Sherri was a part of it!
