Sherri was amazing on all counts. As an out of state buyer, I was really nervous about the whole process and even which side of town to focus on. She helped by showing my local friend the houses and doing FaceTime for me to “tour.” She even created a photo tour of the home I bought because I couldn’t physically get their to see it prior to closing!! I'm talking ninja-like levels of agility. And in a very hot market, you need an agent that is both knowledgeable and agile. Example: when a property we were interested in sold in one day with multiple all-cash offers well above asking, Sherri immediately had other options on the table including a house not yet on the market. I initially met Sherri while looking at investment properties with a business partner.
