Sherri is the best in her field with amazing forethought and attention to detail. I spoke to her briefly about a home of interest and she immediately sprang to action. She acquired extensive details about the property and shared them with me quickly. She arranged for her and I to view the property together & created a low bid offer that included necessary repairs of concern. She held her guns and we closed at $12,000 below asking. This was a difficult project for her as I was purchasing from across the state and sight unseen. Although she wasn't allowed to be with us during the closing due to COVID, she was available by phone and text."
