Not just a transaction for Sherri. She loves what she does!
This time around I needed to find our next house, and I needed to find it fast, in a very fast market. We searched and searched. I would text Sherri first thing in the morning, as I have two small kids, and needed to make sure I downloaded all my questions on her first thing! Other days, I would be up and send her emails about a house for sale I found online. She would send me a detailed response about the house, location, resale, every single thing I would never have thought about in that moment. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, so well respected in the community and was so incredibly passionate about finding my kids and I our new home.
The home I purchased was a fixer upper. She asked the other realtor every question and we did every single inspection she could think of. Information about the home was uncovered at the last minute and Sherri went straight back to the seller's realtor with questions and ways to solve the problems herself. I simply cannot believe how quickly she was able to handle the information we were given the week of closing. Never did I feel like I was alone in the process. This was my first home I purchased by myself and Sherri's presence was there every step of the way. It has been 4 months now since I closed on my home. Sherri and her wonderful husband Will have helped me renovate this house to make it a home for my kids and I. I thank God for bringing the Palmer's into our lives years ago. Purchasing a home, in a very fast market, during a very hard time in your life, can feel like the biggest mountain you have ever climbed. With Sherri by our side, I am able to look back at how far this house and I have come with immense gratitude. Your friends, family and neighbors will all know who your realtor is, this isn't just another transaction for Sherri. She loves what she does, and anyone lucky enough to know her, sees just that.
