The first day I talked with Sherri we went to look at the home we now live in! She was fast to get us in and taken care of 10/10

Promises a lot but doesn’t deliver. Advertising was less than promised, with inaccurate property description. We told her we would take the offer on the property as long as it was AS IS. That was not relayed apparently. She did not show up as expected for the one on one with the buyer and his inspector and left us hanging. We felt forced by her into lowering the price after the nitpicking, which never should have happened if the deal was AS IS like she agreed to represent. We should not have had to lose the money we did. Maybe our property wasn’t “prime” property, but we didn’t need to be treated any different than if it was. Getting to the point of “ Just sign it before something else gets screwed up “ is not the experience we had hoped for.

Sherri was instrumental in listing and securing the sale of our property across the miles from New Jersey to Arizona.,, which was no small task, given the complexities involved in the transfer.
