Sherri Lex is, besides being very nice lady, she follows all market trends, she is active in the community and pretty knows everyone. She has the ability to use her contacts to get as many potential buyers to see your home and to locate properties to buy that haven’t hit the market. Sherri new exactly what I was looking for, which was difficult to find in a "seller's market".
