I made her aware that I wasn't the most pleasant client to deal with, and that I could be annoying at times, and advised her that I would text her listings in the middle of the night, and would call her throughout the day, but she simply replied, "I don't care." I gave her the details of what type of home I was looking for, as well as, what area. My buying power wasn't at its highest, but she was able to pull listings to meet my requirements. She first did her research and fulfilled her due diligence to make sure of no unexpected surprises. She guided me and gave me advice, and made recommendations that were in my best interés.
