After several attempts working to try to sell this house, Myra was able to negotiate the path forward. I think the potential for excelkence exists here, but a more personal touch is needed. My listing was not handled directly by Sherri, but by a member of her team. I was disappointed that the agent assigned to assist in the selling of my house and I never met until the day of closing. She never never set up an appointment to come see me. She never came to my house to get a solid market value. Sherri herself came last year to talk to me when I was considering listing my home, but no one came when I finally decided to lust the home. I don't like the idea of being discouraged from maximixiizing the list price, but rather to lower it to encourage multiple offers. Had I sat down with the agent face to face to explain my goals in the sale, she would have known why. I asked that the stager not be sent as I didn't want to pay $495 for a service that really wasn't needed. The house showed well. Like I said, the potential for excellence exists here, but, the personal touch is needed.
