Great process and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the strategy to employee to garner the highest price. Had spot on advice about staging and what to do, and not to do, to the property pre-listing. Very much technology driven. Everything, save one document, was handled via internet through the KW web-site. This part was most appreciated.
Communication during the process of selling is very important to me.
