Sherraine Felder

It was a warm and sunny day in the beginning of May when we began our home searching journey with Sherraine Felder. We had been in the market for a while and were previously working with 5 other Realtors, all of which were providing zero results for us. This was our 1st time purchasing a home and everyone was telling us we needed to work with someone who had decades of experience. We took their advice but these previous realtors were using strategies that were completely outdated and just inefficient in a sellers market. IMMEDIATELY upon calling Ms. Felder she began producing results. She modified her home searching strategy to one that was much more aggressive given the current sellers market we are in. Her methods were highly intelligent and were methods other Realtors didn’t even know was something they could employ. The contract she wrote up was air tight & provided the best outcome for her clients. With in 48 hours of working with her we had two offers on two separate home’s accepted. It’s was like she waved her magic wand and miraculously things were finally turning around. We accepted the bigger, more move in ready property. As we begin the journey to closing Ms. Felder was always available to help and assist us with every detail on the home buying process. Her references to Home Inspectors, Lawyers, Repair men, etc are second to none. She remained on top of everything, negotiating on our behalf for things we weren’t even aware needed to be negotiated, along with added clauses to prevent buyers from ripping us off. She held our hand ever so gently through the entire process. At times taking off her realtor hat and playing therapist during those stressful moments when the underwriting process was beginning to get overwhelming. Her personal touch definitely shows she has a passion for providing the best outcome for her clients. I loved how easy it was to get her on the line at any given moment. Her flexibility was impeccable. We found the angel of realtors.
