My results with Sheron Roy has been outstanding!! She is very honest, knowledgeable, pleasant, and result driven! I chose Sheron and it was the best decision I could have made. She came to my home which I wanted to sale. She compare my property to local properties for sale in the area. I told her what I wanted to sale for. She made the statement “we should go aggressive on this”. She then gave me her honest professional opinion of what she think the sale price should be and what to do to prep for pictures. When it was done, not only did I have a contract in three days; but sold for more than I expected!!! She made this happen!!! I can’t thank her enough!!
