The sale of my house in Palm Bay, Florida was an estate sale acquired by the passing of an aunt. We met Sheron while visiting our aunt's home to get things in order and she agreed to help us with the sale of our house. We are from out of state, and Sheron went above and beyond in assisting us. She schedule several showings until we found our buyer. Inspection of the home revealed it needed some plumbing work, and Sheron covered the costs until we could reimburse her. Having Sheron sell the house was a terrific experience. She's very professional and experienced. Highly recommend her as a realtor.
Working with Sheron was great! I was an out of town customer in a totally different time zone but Sheron always made herself available. She drove by several properties for us and gave us detailed information on all of them . . . Including pictures of the area! She would always send us the newest listings as soon as they came out. If doest know the answer to your questions will say so and get you answer to any questions you might. She had potential buyers wanting to view and buy with in hours after listing. Sheron is awesome! Full of energy, great personality, responds quickly, highly motivated, honest, no pressure, and loyal. our family outgrew our home and we were looking to move, this was a very important move for us and we are highly thankful that we have Sheron on our side through this. We can be difficult at times and she gives no signs that she is discouraged or angry with how pushy we can be at times. We interviewed a couple different realtors and we chose her out of them. We are now in the process of selling our prior home with Sherons help as well...it is in contract as of today because of all of the hard work that she has put into doing showings and letting us know what needed to be done with the house prior to selling it. Such as what color to paint the house, having a professional photographer come out and take photos of the home etc. Very professional!!
