Selling our old home & purchasing our new home
My husband and I had a very positive experience with Shermica both in the sale of our previous home, and the search for and purchase of our new home. Shermica remained calm and confident through all the bumps we encountered along the way, and in turn we stayed positive through the entire process right down to her helping us look for a chandelier to replace in the previous home. I have to say that Shermica is by far one of the BEST realtor we've worked with, her professionalism, personality, attention to detail, responsiveness and her ability to close the deal was Outstanding!!!
