Sherlyn, from the beginning was very much hands on selling our house. We could not believe that it sold in less than 24 hours from the time she put it on the market. We followed all of her suggestions and Wa-Lah it was sold. We are still in disbelief. We are now waiting on our new house to be built in Margaritaville which she suggested we look into as a 55+ community. She was right on. Can't wait.
