Sherlie made the process very easy. Shes is knowledgeable. She was always available when needed. Her demeanor is cool, calm and collected.

She has been tremendous at helping us through the whole process of selling and buying a house at the same time. It was a very interesting journey with a few down times. However, she has been steadily professional and dedicated until she delivered. She doesn’t get low or high during difficult times. I am so thankful to her know how and her humanity.

Where do I start Sherlie was amazing to work with she fights for her clients. She was always available to answer any questions I had. She was up to date with everything when I mean everything. She will reach out to the selling agent and try to get all the information needed even step in to help the selling agent. I would 1000 percent recommend her she takes care of you as if it was her purchasing the home. Thank you sooo much for all your help!

Having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: On a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and they were always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what they had learned about me. I truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but she was really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, a first-time home buyer, this process was very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Sherlie Danmervil went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout. Sherlie Danmervil will work with you to make your desires a reality. Sherlie Danmervil is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Sherlie Danmervil was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. She is cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did!

Shirley was amazing hard worker super professional. She was in contact with us every day we really were extremely satisfied with her service. And the best she sold our condo in less than a month, and it was a hard one to sell because it had a huge special assessment. But Shirley make it happen!!
