SHERINE helped the reviewer sell this property

Working with Sherine Searcy was successful, effective and enjoyable

Sherine offered very valuable insights into what we needed to do, to update our property to maximize the sale Price. Following her suggestions, we made small investments in a outdated house and made it a beautiful and an attractive property. We received a full price offer, with no contingencies, within the first week of relisting. She has a very good sense of the market, does continual research, and presents multiple well thought out alternatives for action. I would recommend using Sherine as your agent, and listening to her recommendations.
