About Sherine

As a North Carolina native, I've always dreamed of living in a “big city.” After graduating with a B.S. in Textile Technology from NC State, my journey began. My love for travel and exploring different cultures, traditions, and languages led me around the world. After spending time abroad, I chose to return home from Dubai to raise my three children in Raleigh. Raleigh has always been home to me—family, childhood friends, lasting memories, beautiful weather, and outstanding universities. Living and working in diverse international environments has exposed me to a variety of cultures, real estate trends, and architectural designs. Real estate has always felt like a natural fit for me, almost like an intuitive language. I'm grateful for my wonderful family, and I approach life with a sense of humor and a philosophy of not sweating the small stuff. However, make no mistake—I am fully committed to making my clients my top priority. My primary focus is delivering the highest standard of customer service, driven by a strong work ethic. As a broker, my philosophy is simple: I advocate for my clients and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout the home buying or selling process. When it comes to choosing a real estate agent, what do you value most? I ask this question often, and the answers vary. Trust is key in any client-agent relationship, which is why so many people choose their real estate agent through a personal referral. Trust is the foundation—if my clients do not trust me, I cannot do my job effectively. Of course, there are other important qualities—negotiation skills, integrity, market knowledge—but above all, my client always comes first. While we may not always agree on every detail, my commitment to putting the client's needs above all else never wavers. I also believe in thinking “outside the box” because every client is unique. Buying or selling a home isn't a one-size-fits-all process—it requires innovation, respect, attention, and personalized service. So, what sets me apart from other real estate agents? I'm doing what I love. I enjoy every aspect of the real estate process—buying, selling, negotiating, and working closely with clients. It's not about the number of listings or homes sold; it's about the quality of service my clients receive.
