Over a year ago, over lunch, I told Sherie that I wanted to sell my house. She had a client looking for a similar property and so we went through the process of contract and inspection. But, it wasn’t the right time for me to sell and from the inspection—learned that there were many things that I needed to fix on the house! Sherie guided me through the whole process, even providing names of licensed and able roofing, radon and air vent contractors for the necessary repairs. She kept me on time, in line and informed about each repair. Finally, when I was ready to list, Sherie’s advice and help was essential because I was going on an extended vacation in Europe just as the house was being listed. She had to handle listing, photography, showings and just about everything else with minimal input from me. We figured out a way to communicate inexpensively, and Sherie sent me documents to sign while I was traveling! The house was basically sold while I was in Europe. When I returned, Sherie kept working and managing the process through to the end—even when the buyer’s lender would not keep to the agreed time-line. She kept me informed and (mostly) calm during the delays while I was moving across country. This is the second time I have sold a house with Sherie as my agent (I bought this one through her, too). Sherie is a thorough professional, highly competent in every aspect of the sales process with the ability to explain and expedite. In my absence, Sherie kept all the balls rolling correctly to get my house sold at the right time and for the right price. I absolutely could NOT have sold my house without her.
