Sheri was great to work with. We got a home at a good price given the current market, and that's saying a lot. As first time home buyers, Sheri walked us through a lot of the process and answered our many questions. Sheri understood what we were looking for and very clearly knew where we could get it in the areas we wanted to live in. She has worked in this area for a long time and it made a big difference. We had fairly strict location parameters from my perspective. Sheri helped us get a house that was a perfect amount of fixing for us. She is well known and respected in the Lakewood/Long Beach area and more importantly knows other realtors well. This really helped at times trying to figure out whether or not another realtor was listing much lower than what they expected (essentially if a place was worth our time based on our budget). I think this helped keep the process moving pretty quickly. She also helped us determine how much over we'd need to offer, though she never pressured us when we hit our max. I felt so secure in this process thanks to her diligence. Also, while I don't expect this from anyone, Sheri is unbelievably prompt. I hope she takes some nice long vacations because she works very hard. I would highly recommend Sheri if you're looking to buy a home (and I'm sure sell too)!

Sheri was easy to get a long with , I never hesitated to speak with her if I had a question and she was on top of my real estate transaction and made me feel at ease the whole time . Sheri was amazing with helping us buy our new home. With how crazy the market has been, there are lots of dynamics that are required to understand in order to navigate view a home, placing an offer, and responding to seller counter-offers. Sheri made this process way less stressful and painless. We placed two offers that got out bid, and when we were bummed, she kept us on the right path that eventually led to the home we bought and now own. My favorite thing that sheri does, is she always answered my calls and was easy to get ahold of. Sheri is amazing, she'll be our go-to realtor for a long time.
