Over many months of searching, she was always on time to meetings (actually she was usually early) and prompt with any responses back to us. She brought us her thoughts and knowledge of the area but was also 100% receptive to what we were specifically looking for. I would recommend Sheri to any buyer or seller, beachside or mainland. We found a home we absolutely love and are so thankful Sheri was the one helping us!
Another five star review. I have been an attorney for 48 years and had a brokers license for 24 and I am NOT easily impressed. That said, I could not have been more impressed with the job Sheri did in helping me find a home to buy after I moved to Florida from California. She is a good listener, always prompt and very knowledgeable. She can see a home's shortcomings as well as its good points and was very candid in discussing both with me. She was very helpful in handling all aspects of the transaction-getting a home inspector, roof inspector, surveyor and finding a contractor to replace the septic system (disclosed in the listing). She continued to help even after the close of escrow and has followed up with several emails to ask if there was anything more she could do. Five star service and an unqualified five star review.
Sheri went above and beyond and sold a property that three other agents were unable to. Having been relocated with the military and no longer in the local area, Sheri made sure the house the house and property looked fantastic for the numerous showings she scheduled.
