My wife and I were fortunate enough to me Sheri Hardy of Harry Norman Realtors at one of her many listings in Easthampton (locally the most sought out neighborhood) late Fall 2016. While her listing was not a fit, Sheri stayed in touch on a regular basis - constantly updating us on homes that were not listed yet, but offering us pre-listing viewing opportunities. Sheri is a fabulous real estate agent!!! She just sold my house and she is smart, has fabulous ideas and she is a go getter. After listing our house with another agent and not getting the result we hoped for, we reached out to her. She was very quick to respond and came to evaluate the house. She gave several low budget suggestions and personally gathered quotes etc. She took personal interest in our listing and helped us with ideas and quick updates to increase the appeal of our house. She worked hard and always kept us updated with any viewings and their response. She gathered feedback and pursued us to make relevant changes. I would definitely refer Sheri in a heartbeat. I was a first time home buyer and Sheri helped me through the entire process. She was always responsive to my need and worked with me to find the house that was perfect for me. Sheri was amazing! She gave us excellent advice on cost-efficient things to do to improve the appearance and marketability of our condo, had excellent references to people who could do the work and everything she suggested paid significant dividends in the selling price which was ultimately over the asking price and about 20% more than I had initially hoped for. Oh, and did I mention that due to Sheri's marketing skills, we were under contract in 2 days. Highly recommend!!!

We were faced with a tight deadline in order to keep our contract on our new home. Unfortunately, our house was not selling as quickly as we had hoped, and we were in jeopardy of losing the contract on our new build, if our home was not sold within two weeks. Though it was uncomfortable, we made a tough decision to release our realtor and hire Sheri on a Friday evening. By Saturday, Sheri had a stager at our house, on Sunday, new/better photos taken to update our listing, preview emails sent out to drive anticipation and excitement for the newly revised listing update, along with several phone calls out to as many agents possible, who had clients looking for homes in our price range. Her efforts truly drove the process, with immediate showings on Monday (even though our home was still not even updated in FMLA until Tuesday). We had two solid offers on Wednesday, with additional backup offers by Friday. We accepted one of the several offers received, and were under contract by Friday. We closed on our home just in time! If you are looking for a realtor who possesses an exceptional marketing background, and who knows how to master social media to drive immediate results, she is your person! The days of just holding an open house and listing on Zillow to sell your home are gone. It was eye opening to see just how important it is to have a realtor who is experienced with social media and hungry to close business! She is a rising star, and an absolute pleasure to work with!
