Sheri was very knowledgeable about commercial property and very helpful with rounding up people to take care of various things that I needed to get done. She was always available when I needed to ask questions and very assertive with potential buyers. My property was a difficult one to market, but she got the job done in a positive first class way. There were some uncommon challenges above and beyond just selling a home. I don't think it would have worked out if Sheri wasn't so good at what she does. She helped the renters move out, we gave them 75 days so they would have plenty of time. She even brought them over boxes when they were packing. She really went beyond what most realtors would do in my opinion.

Sheri did a real nice job for myself and my husband. We are retired seniors. She helped us sell our home that we had lived in for 47 years and quickly helped us find a perfect, nice final retirement home. The timing with both was perfect. I have bought and sold a number of properties in the past 25 years and have never been happy enough with my realtor to recommend them...until I worked with Sheri Fritz. She understood exactly what I wanted, advised me well and was patient as I was looking at properties long distance and needed her eyes and advice as I could not be there in person. The house I purchased has exceeded my expectations and the icing on the cake is that Sheri gave me a gift of a one year home warranty at closing that turned out the be the best gift ever, as the a/c went out about a week before the warranty expired and a new a/c was covered! Needless to say I also renewed the First American home warranty. Sheri will be my choice of realtor forever. I just wish she worked in multiple states!
Sheri gave me good advice and moved the property quickly. She was aware of potential buyers and also understood the complications of selling an older property in a small town. When the first sale fell through she came back with another buyer in less than a week. She was willing to help in negotiating the price and gave some advice on about what we could ask. The property was a sell as is that needed some repairs and she was able to give businesses that could do the repairs.
Sheri is a real go getter for her clients. During the onstart of the COVID-19, she was right on top of the changes needed to get our home closed. We would recommend Sheri to anyone wanting to sell their home in a short time. Our home was on the market 3 days (2 showing days) when a full price offer was submitted and accepted.
