She lives only a few blocks away from the home so she really knew the neighborhood which was great for comps. I liked how she is an independent realtor and not part of a huge real estate conglomerate. After meeting Sheri the first time and talking to her for a half-hour, I hired her without interviewing any other realtor. I really loved Sheri’s personal touch. It was like having a friend selling your home. She is professional, so well experienced, patient, honest, kind and works so hard for you. Selling a house is really stressful and I always felt like I was in the best hands with Sheri and could relax a little. Sheri wrote the listing, took photographs of the property inside and out and listed the house. We had lots of early interest and had narrowed it down to three motivated buyers. Unfortunately all three backed out when it came to signing the contract. It was so disheartening and unexpected but Sheri promised she would sell the house. After a couple of scarily quiet weeks where I had given up, interest picked up again and she found the perfect buyer for the property. I was pleased with the offer, the closing date and the lawyer she recommended. Sheri tells you everything you need to know and stays in touch every step of the way. She responds to every call and text immediately. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of selling an older home and offered me excellent advice. If I am ever asked to recommend an outstanding realtor, it will be Sheri Chablis.

I've worked with Sheri to both purchase and sell a home. She knows her field and she's trustworthy. Those are the two most important aspects to me.
