Hi, I’m Sherell Billings! I was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan where I lived until seven when my family and I moved to Columbus, Ohio. I stayed there until I joined the military at 20 years old and left for Bootcamp at 21. In my former career as an ABH or Aircraft Director in the Navy, I served aboard the Eisenhower CVN 69 in Virginia Beach, VA. I married my boyfriend of 5 years, Robert Billings JR, and we had our first child, Aaliyah. In 2014 I got stationed in Jacksonville, Florida where I served onboard the Iwo Jima LHD 7. Later we had two boys Robert and Xsavier which I decided to get out of the Navy because I could be gone for months away from my family.
A few years before me getting out, I got my Real Estate Licence to find other options as far as a Career but still be a mom. I have helped families buy homes, relocate, and even sell their homes out of state. I wanted to put more time into Real Estate so, at the end of 2019, I got out and joined the reserves when Covid-19 hit the United States. I continue to serve my clients while I homeschooled during the pandemic and received Gold Level Producer for the year 2020 for my outstanding sales accomplishments producing 1 to 3 million dollars in sales!
I bought our home in 2016, but it was not love at first sight. My family and I grew with our home and since then made some upgrades. It has turned out to be the best decision and investment I have ever made. Being a homeowner gives you a real pride of ownership and a place to create everlasting memories. Being a Realtor is more than just selling homes but providing the community with service and knowledge about Real Estate activities happening in their market and being resourceful to continue to educate.
