I have worked with Shereen Randazza several times. In Florida it is very difficult to find people to show up, have expertise and the skills to take the deal to the finish line. This has been the case each time I have worked with her I have felt very relaxed. I had a very difficult closing with my house in Woodfield Country Club, the lawyers were a bit overwhelmed with all the nuances of the closing because there are two homeowner associations.
