When I decided to list my house, I called Shereen Kelly because I had previous transactions with her as a buyer and was impressed by her professionalism and market knowledge. Shereen made suggestions on improvements that would help sell my home quickly and for top dollar. I did the improvements that she suggested and we agreed upon the listing price. Shereen wanted the house to be staged and I wasn't sure it would make that big of difference. In the end, it was worth every penny!! With the house staged, it showed so much better! She had professional pictures taken for marketing mailers and the MLS, put the house on brokers caravan and scheduled a Sat/Sun open house the first weekend on the market. We received 19 offers and sold the house for 18% OVER ASKING PRICE!!!!! I highly recommend Shereen because she has a great work ethic and understanding of the real estate market.
