The amount of effort and time Sheree put into walking me through the process was so fantastic. From the first day we met, her knowledge and enthusiasm was heartfelt. She spent the first morning we met, walking me through all the paperwork and guiding me on the best approach on timing the sale. From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered. Not only did I feel like I had all the information needed to make informed decisions, but I also felt like I was in the best of hands. Especially because, as a new seller, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open.
