Some of the most noteworthy areas in which Sheralyn made the biggest impact for us would be her presence, sense of security and trust through her experience and in-depth knowledge and expertise on processes/steps to be made, knowledge on homes, upkeep, regulations, renovations, a keen eye for quality work done, or areas for improvement. One thing that was extremely important to us because we were in such a bind on time, was responsiveness. We have had experiences in the past with slow or no response rate, or half informed responses, creating the process just more confusing or stressful, however without having to go back and forth, Sheralyn was responsive, and VERY informative and efficient. She takes the time out of her own personal life no matter the time of day or even if she's on vacation to make sure we are covered by herself or her staff. Our experience was as sweet as sugar, her being one of the most genuinely nice, caring people we've met, yet she also can be as tough as nails when it comes to negotiating for us to make offers, finding us the most reasonable prices, all while competing against multiple other offers. Because of her long experience, relationships, and knowledge, she was able to get us faster service and our foot in the door first before anyone else. She goes above and beyond her job responsibilities for us and doesn't reflect that in her cost, if anything she took funds out of her own commission to make our offer more attractive, and coaching us on an attractive offer letter. She makes confusing processes straightforward and understanding, walking us through every step of the way to meet deadline. Her expert knowledge helped with decisions based on OUR needs and preferences, style, school , and surrounding areas. Her network is extremely timely and efficient, closing in only 3 weeks. In summary, it was the comfort, and level of trust that made our experience amazing, and the fact that she cared for us like her own family.

We were looking to buy our first home and got connected to Sheralyn after spending some time in Zillow. During the first few visits she really tried to fully understand what we were looking for in our first home and guided us through the process as we were trying to figure out what really mattered for us. She was also very helpful in scheduling a large number of showings for weekends as my wife and I were busy during weekdays. Once we made our offer and it was accepted, she was great at helping us communicate effectively with the sellers during the inspection process to make sure all of our concerns were resolved. Overall, we enjoyed the process and would highly recommend Sheralyn, especially for first time home buyers.
