A true Maryland native, Shera was raised in Montgomery County, spent her summers at the shore, rode horses and worked in Howard County before putting down roots in Frederick County, where she is now raising her family. She earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech University and carries a deep appreciation for Maryland and a calling for public service that runs through generations—her grandmother served as a Maryland State Senator, and her grandfather served in the House of Delegates before becoming a Montgomery County judge.
Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Shera manages every transaction with care, precision, and intention. She is a natural problem-solver who navigates challenges with creativity and confidence, always keeping her clients' goals front and center. Her focus goes beyond the transaction itself, she is committed to providing elevated service and building long-term, "client-for-life" relationships.
Having grown up in Maryland gives Shera an in-depth, local perspective, from neighborhoods to trusted vendors, local businesses, hidden gems, and even the best spots to ride. She believes the journey doesn't end at the closing table and invites her clients to become forever clients, offering preferred services and ongoing support long after the sale. Whether buying, selling, or renting, Shera is dedicated to making the process seamless and helping her clients truly love where they live.
Outside of real estate, Shera is raising her two children alongside her two Great Pyrenees, Atlas and Nova. She remains deeply involved in the equestrian community, owning and training four horses and serving as a dressage judge.
