From the staging of the house to the amazing pictures she had professionally done and even did land scaping to my house everything she does is beyond amazing! Shelly planted flowers to bring color to the garden, painted walls, updated lighting fixtures, and the list goes on. She is an expert negotiator and obtained 65K over asking.
