Shelly is really professional, she works hard to find you the things you are looking for in a house. Works within your budget. She’s always gets the information you need from the seller. I would recommend Shelly to everyone!

I have purchased over a dozen homes over the last 45 years. Shelly was the best realtor we have ever used thus far. Based on our conversations, she was able to narrow down our search and in 3 days we visited over 20 homes with a few going back 2 to 3 times. We would start each morning around 9 and would go until we ran out of showings for that day. We would communicate at night to review our days efforts as well as line up additional viewings the next day. She worked extremely hard to get us across the line and then continued her efforts working with the title company in that our settlement at the table took us less than 20 minutes with no issues. What a professional. Better yet what a nice lovely person to deal with during a stressful process of buying a home.

Shelly helped my fiance’ and I find a perfect home for us as first time homebuyers. We had started the process in a different state with a different realtor who was nice, but when we started working with Shelly in PA we felt like we were being treated like her top client! Shelly walks you through every step of the process and ensures that you understand each part. She provided amazing recommendations for both a mortgage and insurance, and gave her honest opinion on how to handle the negotiations with the seller. She was quick to pivot when we changed our mind about different decisions and was always a pleasant and bright face to see every time we met. When she was working with us she was not distracted by other clients, and when we needed her advice when she was with other clients she always got back to us in a timely manner! We were using a PFHA loan and she also made sure we understood every part of that process and talked through our decision making process with us so we completely understood the positives and negatives. The house buying process is already difficult, but with Shelly’s support, knowledge, and personality it was manageable and we were able to walk out with the exact type of house we wanted with equity in a Seller’s Market! Any person that has the chance to work with Shelly is extremely lucky and I will recommend her to anybody in her area. If we ever decide to purchase another property we will for sure be reaching out to Shelly to help us with that process as well.
