Shelly is simply the best! I was an out of town seller, and she couldn't have made it easier. The amount of effort she constantly put forth was impressive. Not only did she go above and beyond helping out with the physical property, she spent hours with me discussing strategy, and got me top dollar! Seriously the best.

She was extremely personable and easy to work with. She also was extremely helpful in arranging and conducting a tag sale for contents of the house.
