Although I never met Shelly because of the fact that I lived in another state, ( all of our transactions were carried out over the phone or email) she was professional, and knowledgeable re: real estate, and all of the paperwork that needed to go with it. She was very helpful in finding a contractor to complete work on the fireplace before the sale could be completed. She was very responsive to all my calls with the exception of one
