Shelly Russ - awesome agent!

Shelly was instrumental in finding the right home for me. After we located the right house, Shelly provided seasoned and professional guidance during the negotiating process. There were multiple bidders, but I came out on top, at what I considered a fair price. Later, during the inspection negotiations, Shelly again provided solid advice, saving me several thousand dollars in the deal. I highly recommend Shelly Russ if you are buying or selling a home in the Charlotte area.
